RunTime errors are normally a result from bad programming or missing dll's/ocx's in your system folder and came with their own code ref

In programming terminologies there are two types of errors Syntax errors and runtime errors, syntax error occurs when you don't follow the rules for that programming language, where as runtime errors occurs when you apply bad logig (e.g when you try to divide any value by zero), or when something is missing from the system, runtime errors can't be solved at runtime, rather you can avoid runtime errors by trapping errors in the program.
