How can I access information on the capabilities of my computer's soundcard? Can't find the original documentation, and the people who sold it to me are kind of inaccessible. I'm trying to figure out if what I have is enough to hook my tape/CD/vinyl soundsystem into, of if I need something more advanced.

Thanks for your help!

Any old sound card should be able to do that. Just cable into the 'line input' of the sound card. A turntable 'might' need a little amplification.
