what I meant was to retrieve a already deleted file from the recycle bin.

I am afraid I can't help you much. Although, some real techie say that nothing can't be hidden, except you destroy the media, I dont know how to recover the deleted files without 3rd party programs such as Norton UnErase or Powerquest Lost & Found.

"goback" only works if u have it installed b4 the delete

G'day Shakra, if you have win95 there is on the CD a DOS program called Undelete.exe [clever name ay !] in the Other\Oldmsdos folder which may help. You have to use it in real mode Dos but it might also be a bit tricky and may have to be loaded in your Autoexec.bat from memory [my memory that is]

Not sure if Win98 has it or not [someone ?]

If the file isn't damaged it can work
