Install it, right click on the winsck.ocx and click on Register Server...

Reply: (edit)place the ocx file in c:\windows\system directory.
then double click the file and an 'open with' dialogue box pops up. Click 'Other' and you will be presented with another list of programs to open it with. find regsvr32 and click ok

dll,ocx and cd rom driver downloads. go there
and down the page will be the zip winscx.ocx
which is really winsck.ocx. Please reply!
