In any photo program you can resize, such as paint when you load a photo it can be reduced by size by either grabbing a corner and going inward or by editing zoom and save. There are plenty of free photo viewer programs that will do it such as Xnview, and Irfan viewer which are two of the best and also allow picture enhancement, and saving to many different formats.

How is it that you can't resize the jpg on the website. What program are you using? I write the HTML code and have never had a problem resizing any pictures.
In your img src tag use the width="" and height=""

I use JASC Image Robot and have done so for years. Works great. Wondering what the address is to your web site.

As a Corel Photo-Paint and Adobe Photoshop user, I'll be one of the first to tell you that JASC makes some really good image software; Paint Shop Pro in particular. Although Paint Shop Pro can't do a lot of the more intricate/professional things that the other programs do, it does what's important for most people, and it does it at a price that's far less than the other programs. Make the JASC investment... you'll be glad you did.
