I don't quite understand your question. Are you asking how to type Quotation marks? If so, that key is located just left of the Enter key. Shift key is needed at the same time.

Quote boxes aren't available in this forum as this forum is not based, running, on phpBB.
If I would want to quote you or anyone else, I would do it the proper, maybe old fashioned, way as in a letter or email. For example: "...how to make a quote box when I need to include some info..."
