How to install windows 98 onto PC withou

Hallo. I have bought used laptop, however it doesn't have Floppy Drive. My problem is that i cannot install windows 98 onto it. As you probably know, win98 doesn'tstart automaticaly in MS-DOS, only win2000 & winXP. If you understand my situation please "show me the light/exit out of this tonnel." Thank you in advance. Myrchik

My suggestion is to create a bootable CD on another system. Put the Win98 folder on it from a win98 installation CD. All you need to do the install is the win98 folder.

I suggest u find a Orignal Win9X cd because they are the only breed of CD's which are Bootable ..... Or else in case of burning a original CD take required measures to make it bootable... I guess many Burning softwares do have such features
