How to install IE 5

I am trying to install IE 5 on my machine, after getting the licience aggrement it giving me, quit other programs you are runing (actually I am not runing any program other than this installation) and run the setup again. still you get the error, contact support. I don't know how to solve the problem, two back my pc got corrupted and I installed win'95 alone from c:\windows\options\cabs. Any suggestions

If this continues you might have to run scan disk for Windows. I have Win98 and when I tried to install IE5 for the first time my PC told me the same thing... I then Restarted and ran setup again...
