How to identify Sound Card model?

CPU/Ram: Pentinum 3 450mhz 64mb Ra

hi, i just format my harddisk. i do not have know the model of my sound card, so i can't find the driver for it. Is there any way to solve it. By the way, i had a receipt which states Integrated BSS 3D PCI audio.

Start->Run->"dxdiag"
Look under Sound tab

It looks like you have on-board sound. Those drivers should be available from the motherboard manufacturer's site.

or, to add to DAVEINCAPS's response, on your ,otherboard cd, if you have it. If you still have your motherboard CD, stick it in and have a look for sound drivers. They will be on there somewhere...
