I have very interesting question to ask about MS-EXCEL. First of all, I want to clear the picture of whole situation. I have one MS-EXCEL sheet name Sheet1 with different Formulas and Calculations. I want to send this Sheet1 to one of my collegue but I don't want him to see the way of calculation and formulas.

Meantime, suppose I want to copy the contants of Sheet1 into Sheet2 but the same as above, I don't want the Calculation and Formulas to be appeared there.

Is there a way to do it in MS-EXCEL. Keep in mind that I want to do it only in MS-EXCEL. Please help me to solve this problem.
