Hello! I have a problem in that my sound recorder does not record sounds from CD's. I have Sound Blaster 16PCI card recently installed. Previously had onboard sound so I disabled the Sound Pro in the setup (delete button at startup screen). Previously to this, Windows 98 SE was wanting CMI8330 drivers for the audio adapter so I tried ones from the internet but it made my system crash and there was lots of DMA conflicts. I am stuck on what to do next. My SB card settings for the legacy device are port 220 IRQ7 DMA7 and 1 and these don't seem to want to work in Tomb Raider. Are these problems connected and how do I solve this problem??? I am soo frustrated!!
