I have lost my product key and my cd key! I have found back my product key using some program but now, how can I recover my cd-key?

I misread your post. Your product keycode and cd-key are the same thing in Win98.

That is all you need to reload Windows.

Are you referring to the Product ID?

When u install the Microsoft, it just ask u to enter the product key only or more?

Do not change the Product I.D. It is generated by the Product Key. If you do change it on your next reboot you will be promted that Windows cannot start. You will have to enter you Keycode again in order to start Windows.

You can safely change the Registered Owner and Registered Organization.

Browse to the following location in the registry.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\
Windows\CurrentVersion

Look in the right pane for RegisterOwner.
Double click it and change it to whatever you like.

Do the same for RegisteredOrganization.

Be sure to backup your registry and know how to restore it before making any changes.

If you're uncomfortable editing the registry directly, there's a small program that you can download to change the registered owner & organization. Get it here.
