I have like 20 machines to update and dont want to wait for 20 downloads of the same thing. Is there any way to download these files for further install only ?

I don't know if this page will have the downloads that you want but you can choose to save rather than having it installed automatically

You download the update, which usually just installs itself automatically, then you can't find the download right? It's in the Temporary Internet Files, under the Windows directory. Just copy the download and you can install it on other machines. (Copy it before you empty the temp internet files)
