Comment: HELLO OK I ASK QUESTION IT IS FOR MY COUSIN WHO HAS INTERNET CALLED MAIL@microserve.net they want to download to 3.0 aol instant messenger from their internet for free with 3.0 aol instant messenger and need for them to set up with their screename however they dont have interent with aol just only have mail@microserve.net ok let me know how to do it to start with download it from internet to go to the web what is best for them ok i will tell them to get your instructions ok thanks alot mrs clements

Reply: (edit)you don't need to use AOL for your ISP in order to use Instant Messenger. to download the program, go to the site that has it and click on the link to download. then, Windows will ask what you want to do with the file. tell it to save to disk and then pick a folder to save it in. when it's done, run the install program you just downloaded. then, you can pick a user name to use with Instant Messenger.

Reply: (edit)If you are looking for the aol instant messenger you can get it automatically if you use netscape4.0 or above. You can download it from ftp://ftp.netscape.com or just go to Netscape home page, or you can try to download it from www.hotfiles.com.
