How to disable LANtastic server -SU0013

When I reformat HD and install Win98 to network PC, I got error massage -- " SU0013 -- If you have HPFS or NTFS, you must create on ms-dos boot partition. If you have LANtastic server or SuperStor compression, disable it before running setup". Then stopped install win98. I was tried format 30 GB HD under MS-DOS after partition, but it only let format 2.0GB, also change to FAT 16 after format. I also read "setup.TXT" files, I did not get any answer.
What is LANtastic server or SuperStor ? What is HPFS or NTFS ? How to fix those problem? How I can install Win98 ?

get a win98 startup disk and use it to boot your computer. using the programs created in the "Ram drive", format your harddrive using format c: then install win98 by switching to appropriate cd drive and type setup tah tah
