Subject: How to change rate on video driver
Comment:

I have a Trident Providia 9685 video card and want to change the refresh from 70hz to 60hz . I have downloaded the latest drivers from tridentmicro.com but I still don't see how to change the refersh rate. Anyone know how?

right-click your desktop (not any icon, just plain desktop), choose properties... settings... advanced... refresh rate

I tried that...but when I bring up the properties, refresh is not among the things I can change. The only selection I can change is whether the output is to CRT or TV, and a box that lets me set the TV parameters.
