HOW DO YOU FIX WINZIP CRC ERRORS? PLEASE HELP!

I recently finished downloading a 30MB zip file which contains five files in it's archive. After unzipping the 3rd file it gives the following errorDll: bad CRC b60db558 (should be 963f19a3) Warning: the size of the extracted file (29359199) does not match the uncompressed size (29360128) recorded in the zip file
This only happends to the 3rd file of the archive. Could someone please tell me how to fix it? I tried using PKunzip for DOS, but I get the same thing (Cannot pass CRC check)
