you have to add the msdos boot files and set your computer to run from the cd rom drive instead of booting to the hdd. from the dos prompt run the command "c:\format x/system" where x = your cd rom drive.

You need to check the instructions for your burner program. It `should' have an option to create a bootable CD. You will need a bootable floppy as input to the process.
