Comment:

I have a cd writer and have been trying to record cds. I've used cd-r and cd-rw disks but still can't use them on other computers. It's quite annoying. I can call it up on my computer, but not on any others. I'm using the software that came with my computer. It's called justburn! can anyone help me.

make sure that you write the disk to normal standards ie ISO or joilet.

And make SURE that you FINALISE (close/finish/end) the disk.

If posssible try not to write multiple secessions as some older drives can't read this. If you have done all i mentioned and still no better how about trying different brands of media.

Older CD drives will not read the formats used by CD writers. Try the CDs in a NEW Drive, 40x or faster, and you will probably have no problem.
