how do I install Winzip??????

I'm stumped again I been trying and trying to install this download...I'm installing it from the add and remove programs that way if I screw up I can uinstall and start all over.. I get so far and then it asks what associations I want to link this with ......Goes like this...A List with all the little squares with check marks and I'm supposed to know what this means-- ARC-B64-BHX-and so on.... I need like always a simple explaination to this and by the way I honestly don't know what they mean by an association... computer talk again I guess... Help.... me Help me..............p/s I've downloaded this on a LS 120mg Superdisk I have lots of space and it's waiting for me to install ..But it can wait till I get the simple instructions oh'well you know what I mean...............
i just double clicked the wizip.exe file i downloaded and it installed by itself. and it is listed in add/remove programs in control panel.

Yep... I got so far now it's asking ---Command line for installing program and the BROWSE SQUARE IS THERE and I opened it and there's a list of things to open it with but I don't know what one to choose......Confused again.......What can I say.........

Al,Winzip will open nearly any compressed(zipped)file and the files you most probably need to open with Winzip most of the time will be .zip files. You can either just check off .zip or all of them. You can always go back into Winzip and uncheck any you don't need Winzip to open at a later time if you need to. The FILE EXTENSIONS link below my name may help you understand file extensions better. Hope this helps.
