how do i get rid of these viruses

I am running windows 98, i have ez trust anti virus I scanned my machine today and it says i have 2 infections
C:\WINDOWS\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\WRK1Q1CX\counter[1].jar>VerifierBug.class (Java.ByteVerify.exploit trojan

C:\WINDOWS\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\WRK1Q1CX\counter[1].jar>Dummy.class (Java.ByteVerify.exploit trojan)
How do i get rid of these. I have noticed that my computer clock is running way to slow now and loses a few minutes a hour, any help would be appreciated ,i am a computer rookie bad, thank you

Delete your temporary internet files. This should also delete the viruses.
