First of all, Do you have the Web TV classic ($100.00) or the Plus ($200.00)?
If you have the plus, your printer should hook up in the back with no problem. If you have the classic, you need to get the printer port adapter that hooks onto the side of the unit. Call Sony or Philips and you should be able to order direct from them. Ceck out webtv.com for more info.

The "STAPLES" store advised that a Hewlett-Packerd DESK JET 612C printer is compatible to the webtv classic. You will need the printer(about $100.) a 1EEE 1284 compliant bi-directional cable (about $25.) You can get both itens at Staples. You will also need a printer adapter(Philip Magnavox)

I have a HP600C printer, which has been working correctly. Today it will not print because it can`t be identified and the whole system shuts down.
