Reply: (edit)also look in your "temp" folders and clear some/all of that out. And another thing your mail gets saved (on my computer in a 'file' type file- Netscape) There are 2 "inboxes" 2 "trash", etc. One of each is very big and then there is a smaller I would hazard to guess the smaller ones are the current trash/sent/inbox items and the big ones are past e-mail activity. Might consider deleting the big ones, maybe drag them into the recycle bin and then restart and see if your mail messages still exist when you open your browser. Interent destroyer, er explorer, puts, or atleast used to, the past messages and current in one big database type of file- one for each sent, etc., so three in all. So if you delete them you lose current messages.

Reply: (edit)If you are using aol go to "my aol" click on "preferences" then on "toolbar" tell it to clear your history trail, this will get rid of a lot of temp files for you. Also on win95 clearing your document shortcuts off of the start button can also help a little.

Reply: (edit)I use the following program all the time. It's small and standalone (no install) if you don't want it you can just delete it. http://www.softseek.com/Utilities/Uninstallers_and_Disk_Cleaners/Review_26862_index.html PS When configuring it I don't want it to delete all the cookies, some of them are useful.
