I'm setting up our network (school) so that the workstations only run the terminal server client. I've installed win95 and when it boots, it will automatically run the client.
How can I lock down win95 so that all it can do is run this client, no control panel access, dos access, explorer etc.
i know if i joined the domain i could do this easily, but i don't want the users to have to log on twice. (unless maybe there's a way i can make it automatically logon i suppose...?)

I've to agree with A1, be carefull while using Poledit.
As for loging on to the domain goto your network neighbourhood properties of the client computer.
On the first tab (Configuration), select Client for Microsoft Networking and then click on properties.
Assuming it's a Windows NT domain, check the checkbox Log on to Windows NT domain.
Back on the first tab (Configuration) where it says Primary Network Logon: select Client for Microsoft Networks.Hope this is of any help.
