Hello,

I've recently downloaded the RealPlayer from the net and have it installed.

Everytime I switch on the computer the blue RealPlayer symbol appears automatically on the lower right corner. What does this mean? Does it mean the it has been activated? I don't want it to be activated. How can I get rid of the symbol from displaying?

It seems that my computer runs slower with the RealPlayer installed. I don't know if this is due to the new software or something else.

Thank you for your help.

You can just right click on the icon and select close or exit and it should ask you if you want it displayed the next time windows is started. Just answer "no".
