How can I get iyuv_32.dll?

How can I get iyuv_32.dll, since Logitech QuickCam Express only ask for Windows 98 second edition, who I not have... I just graduated (is it the name in english?) from win95 to win98, and have not win98 second editon. What shall I do? Please help me!
