How 2 open Word doc same page I closed i

Hi, in fact this is a Word related question.
I´m editing very long Word XP documents. Is there an automatic way to open a document at the same page I closed it, besides inserting a bookmark?

Yes sir, I have read the help file but I didn't find anything or... have I missed something?

Go into HELP, type END, then push search. When givin a choice select,
Move around in a document.
Then examine the F5 move. Have a nice day.
