could be wrong kim but i didnt think hotmail users had profiles, yahoo does but dont remember seeing anything similar for hotmail

ignore me tools/manage contacts/view profile or right click the name and view profile but i think the person HAS to be in your contact list

gotta catch the hotmail user in chat. use the find a friend tool to search the screen name. been a long time since chat days but i think it goes that way.

and even if the person is on your chat list , no guarantee they filled in a profile, it's an optional thing
