I'm sure there is a CONTACTS link somewhere on the page where you can get in tuoch withthe administrators and they can verify your identity and reset your password

moreover, you dont need to know the question. you only need to know the answer. Once the administrators of hotmail will ask you the question, I'm sure you'll know the answer
