I'm not sure that this is the correct forum for this question, but since I have W98se on the machine I'm using, I thought I'd give it a go.
I have been looking for the DNS address of my internet host in my machine (while conected to the internet), but it doesn not seem to show up anywhere in my tools or properties.
I have Arachne for an older DOS computer, and would like to get it online at least once!
Can anyone tell me how to find it, short of calling the internet provider and asking?
Thanks in advance!
You don't have to be realistic to be cynical, but you DO have to be cynical to be realistic!

What version of Win 98 do you have?
Often Win98Se is the minimum requirement. I run broadband wireless on 98SE on a laptop on a home network, with XP on the other machines we have.

Please ignore my comments - I have posted them in the wrong place as an answer to someone else's question about a different matter...

Thanks Fred,
That did it!
Mucho Gracias!
