Comment: My brother in law prints labels at his works, but they have just bought a new hewlet packard series 10-15, however when he requests prints it prints only 1 when he selects 20 say,,,,sometimes it will print 20 when asked and other times will not print...any ideas of why this is happening please. Pughie
