Before posting a request , try putting the exact file name, including the extension, on the search line of a search engine (such as dogpile.. a multiple-search-engine search engine)...

Example: FP20HTP.DLL

you should come up with tons of results, some will be text articles, some will be pages like this, and some will be the actual file... all of these are useful, because, you might get tips or hints on the proper way to use, install, configure, etc...

Also, give the exact reason you think you need the file, as many file requests on this forum are because you have deleted a program, and system.ini or registry is calling for the file. In this case, you DO NOT need the file, you simply need to remove the call for the file.
