Hi
I have a problem that everytime I open (my computer) or C:\ or any other folder, the help.vbs file is opend simultaneously... I couldn't delete the file
Can u help ...

Could be wrong and I hate to point to a virus but....

Anytime you run into a VBS file it's more likely than not a virus.

Windows Scripting Host is an open invitation to viruses. It's the method used most often by virii. You can really help yourself by disabling this 'very seldom used' Windows option. Also to make it easier to see viruses, enable 'show file extensions'.

Show file extensions
Go to My Computer > View > Folder Options > View and unselect 'Hide file extensions for known file types'.
Remove 'Windows Scripting Host'
Go to Start > Settings > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs > Windows Setup > Accessories > Details and unselect Windows Scripting Host

Try to use this program: fixhaptime.exe

I had the same problem and I think this worked.

Everytime I turn on my Pc Help.vbs come up in the Document section, n also have help.hta, I located them in the c:\windows n delted them, when I do this, still it comes up whenever some member of my family wants to use the pc!

how can this be solved
