VMM.VXD is installed when you install usbsupp.exe found on any Win '95 OSR 2.01 or later CDROM in the path: CDdriveletter:\other\updates\usb
This could get a little sticky if your motherboard does not support USB. VMM.VXD is also installed by some of the latest Video card drivers. If your board does not support USB, then check Windows Drivers to the left for your video cards latest driver.
