Most of the problems I see are from operator error. Lots are form trying to overclock the system, experimenting, rushing out to get the latest thing, then it won't work. Make sure you back up your data like you always hear. Keep notes on what you do and what the current settings are before you change something. That alone will save many hours and days of problems. Investigate the product before you get it. Make sure you can get tech support on it also. Then when you post a problem, give enough information so we can help. And don't think your question is dumb or stupid, none are. Bruce
