Please help

I suggest copying the contents of the problem file and pasting it into a new file. Then delete the problem file.

An Invalid Page Fault is an error that occurs when a program requests from memory some type of data that does not exist, or is already in use.
A DLL (Dynamic Link Library) file, such as MSGRES32.DLL (a Spanish language grammar file) is a file which does a particular job, and allows other programs to use its efforts in order to not 're-invent the wheel'. When a program such as WinWord requires this DLL to run, and can't find it, it won't be able to run because it is missing something to perform some of its critical work.
The file may be found here: http://www.dynamiclink.nl/index.htm
However, there are also other websites from where you can download this dll file. A search in Google will show up some of the sites.
You will need WinZip or some other compression utility to unzip this type of file and extract it. I believe you extract it to: C:\Windows\System\
