Help! trying to watch a video but i get

how can i watch this clip? what do i need to get or download?

What kind of a video file is it? MPM, AVI, Etc. If it's a video stream, then download Real Player or you can go to microsoft's web page and download the latest version of Media player, but there's lots better programs out there. Try this site:
