When i tried to open outlook express it tells me msoe.dll is missing i've tried reinstalling and uninstalling but then it tells me that my uninstall is missing what can i do PLEASE HELP.

Did you install MS Office recently? If so, then the problem is that Office deleted your Outlook Express file. The thinking here is that Office comes with Outlook itself, so you don't need OE anymore, do you? Well, if this is the problem, here's the solution: You can install Outlook from your Office disc if you didn't do that originally, and just use Outlook from now on instead of Outlook Express. OR You can reinstall Outlook Express from your Windows disc. I tried to find your missing .dll file for you at 2 different sites with no luck. Try what I said and see if that works. Good luck. Bryan

yes reinstall outlook.actually you can redownload internet explorer 5.01 it has outlook in it.this fixed my same problem.

Okay I sort of fixed that problem but now there is another one it tells me now it can not create an internet account manager and that msoe.dll could not be initiated. What does this mean.
