Why don't you fet rid of the spyware infested program getright that uses the ipcclient.dll, & install a free (Non Spyware using program)Download Accelerator Plus in it's place. Also download Ad-Aware which will scan your hdd & allow you to remove the spyware. Download both programs @

I know that Gozilla is spyware but as I block cetain outbounds I'm ok. But some programs if you remove the ad's they become useless. Does The other downloading programs Leech like Gozilla does?
