HELP, About 2 weeks ago I was on the net and my computer froze up. Well when i restarted it and It froze up at the Windows 95 Screen. I reloaded in safe mode and i fixed everything but my computer won't let start Windows 95 in the normal mode. Now it freezes up and says "Conflict I/O: F28"

Well, I think you mean 2f8. This is the base memory address for com port 2. You have a conflict.
Go to "my computer", right click, select properties and bring up device monitor. Go down to Ports(com & LPT) and poke around to see what is conflicting with your com 2. Report back.
