help me! about RNAAPP.EXE

I need to dial out and disconnect in my VB program, i think the easiest way is to use RNAAPP.EXE, but i don't know how to pass the parameters to RNAAPP.exe. Is here anybody know how to use RNAAPP.EXE? Thank you!

Jason, To find the syntax for any "EXE" program, in a DOS prompt type in [filename.exe] /? and it will display. Hope this will help.
