Keri- The leoscan drivers are located at: ftp://ftp.fic.com.tw/leoimage/. It's about the least helpful page I have ever seen, but the drivers are there. Read the readme file provided in the site to determine which driver you'll need. If you can figure out how to get the damn thing to work, PLEASE let me know. I am using a DTC 3181e scsi card. Hopefully, for my sake, you have the same and can figure out how to get it to work. Please get back to me.
