Reply: (edit)U didn't do a good think by reinsatlaing Windows...Windows doesent like to be reinstaled over and over again... So if You need a DOS try F8 and startd the commputer in Command promp mode-DOS.. probably Yours win-reinstalatin is not a good so Uninstall or if U don't have any data then the best think is to Format Your's HD in DOS mode and install a commpletly new WIN... Dont forget to keep a copy of the drivers U need to run the Flopy and CD-rom (mscdex)... If you can go to DOS with F8 then means that U don't have DISK OPETATIONAL SYSTEM (dos) instaled on Yours PC ?? Hope this helped

Reply: (edit)Restarting in dos mode. I assume you are going thru close / restart in msdos mode. If you do win 95 runs dosstart.bat - open this file and see if the file makes sense. Sundry note - you have to install cdrom drivers here - otherwise no D: please let me know how u go cheers phil
