Help!! Caller Id Program

Hey Guys!!! I really wish you to help me to find a Caller Id program whick detects calls while I'm on the internet or calling someone depending on the call waiting not an internet service.. Thanks alot!!

www.pcworld.com had a free program for this. Someone asked for it a few months ago and I remembered seeing it there.
