print123 Regarding the first question. The next time that you respond to a post, have the courtesy to read the information provided on the links concerning the post before you put your foot in your mouth. As to your question,"why do you need the program"? In order to benchmark a hdd, for whatever reason.So that a person can have a reference point in order to determine whether or not the changes they make improve or degrade the performance of said hdd. Having said that, the truth is it still doesn't mean that anyone, "NEEDS" the program or any other for that matter. But then it wasn't I who claimed that someone needs the program to begin with, those are your words. Quite simply, I posted a FREE utility & information to whomsoever might want it. EOS
