Comment:

I recently upgraded to windows 2000 pro from win 98. In my HDD I have a 500mb partition which I wish to remove. In Win 98 the "fdisk" command was available for this purpose but command is not available in windows 2000. Is there any other way to remove this partition?

Boot from a Win98 Boot Disk and when at command prompt run fdisk.

If you dont have a boot disk you can find one at www.bootdisk.com

W2K Disk Admin should allow it to go - providing it does not contain W2K system or boot files.
