I have a P133 PC and I want to put a Seagate 40GB HD but my pc sees only 8 GB.

Any ideas?

Bios sees only 8GB. I have win95 if it helps

If you'll go here and download Maxtors MaxBlast Plus software, It will install a program called EZ BIOS in the boot sector.
It just fools windows into seeing the whole drive.

MAXBLAST won't do a non maxtor drive , go to seagate web site and get their equivalent.

For the record, I've formated many non-Maxtor hard drives with MaxBlast.

I've not found a hard drive yet that I've not been able to use MaxBlast.

Western Digital,Samsung,ect.
