Harddisk loading, modem unstable...

OS: Windows 95
CPU/Ram: P166/48M Ram
Comment:

1. My harddisk always loading without reason.
(usually 2-5 second loading a time, load 3-5 times a minute)

2. My modem is always disconnected after a few minutes of connection. Sometimes after a long loading from my harddisk

3. Kernell32.dll error while my WS_FTP stopped studdenly using command (RETR or STOR). When I close the program, an error message "Kernell32.dll has caused an invalid page fault in WS_FTP.exe .....

The only application I used is zonealarm
pro...please give some advices if any.
