Anyone know how to reset or rid a keyboard virus? what files to delete or program to use to clear up the problem? ... The "B" & "N" keys don't always appear when pressed... I have to gently hold either keys for them to pop on, I'm frustrated. As i write, the B & N might get skipped and have to go Back and tap it several times or hold them down for a few seconds and pops on... Please Help if u can! Thanks so much!!
If virus scan is suggested for download, please list link for low personnal information requirement questions please... Don't like to share personnal info with unknown web sites. Thanks!

Sounds like a virus. There are several that
affect the keyboard. Here is at least 1 of them:

If you don't have anti-virus software, here is a free online one:

Don't leave us sitting on the edge of our seats, post back with the results.

Run a virus scan to satisfy your curiosity, but it sounds like stuck keys to me. Especially if tapping it several times gets the keys to function. Borrow a friend's keyboard to test on your computer to see if the problem can be duplicated.
