Hi there.
Once on a sudden without any reason my mouse pointer (arrow and thumbnail) has turned into green color today. I don't know how it happened. I've tried to change it's settings though control pnl>mouse, but it's not working. Any idea?

I've had the case where i've accessed a certain website and it's changed my mouse pointer, it changed my standard white pointer to a blue one. Check your system tray and make sure no new apps have loaded up, if there is nothing there try ctrl+alt+del and see if there are any funny programs loading. Surprised that you weren't able to change your pointer back though. Possible your standard mouse pointer file was overwritten with this new green one, by whatever caused the problem.

You probably have Comet Cursor on your system...this changes your cursor on certain sites. It is also Spyware. Get Ad-Aware to remove it and any other Spyware from your system.

It might be your video card. I have an SR9 video card and I've noticed the same problems happen in Linux, but not in Windows. It turns out the SR9 has a utility that allows you to change the color of the cursor, but it doesn't work so well outside of Windows. I'm glad they didn't include a utility to change the color of the SCREEN (like many other companies do)!

Sounds like Comet cursor. Try ad/adware as mentioned. It won't hurt anything except for the program that Comet Cursor came with.

Thanks for response.
Yeah, it was due to comet cursor. I've removed it by adware.
